Fantastic experience. Was looking for a new model keyboard that is on back order everywhere. None were to arrive before Christmas. I contacted a salesperson at Sam Ash by phone who explained that he, in fact, thought he’d get one in before Christmas. He gave me a discount for taking a chance. TWO DAYS later my keyboard was shipped out to me. I received it just after Thanksgiving and as of yesterday no other supplier has gotten them back in stock. I highly recommend.
THE BEST online experience. I bought a guitar on Black Friday and compared prices among the majors retailers. Many sites do a "bait and switch" where they advertise something but then it's not available for your purchase. The Sam Ash discount was as advertised. It was also the easiest site to navigate. Their shipping and customer support were also superb. I will definitely be a return customer. Sam Ash is simply better than the other folks out there.
I was looking at a particular guitar and Sam Ash was the only store that gave me a discount and 0% financing. I'm surprise that the other major stores are not able to do this but I found it at Sam Ash. My experience has been great and they even sent me a gift ecard. I'm not saying anything negative about the other stores. Sam Ash just had the best deal and it was a great experience.
