Service from the young cats was poor. However there was a gentleman by the name of James who they call Jim... Guitar Dept. at the San Antonio store. He saved the Day. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help me. Probably need to fill the online in store pick up orders in a more timely manner. Ordered timbale sticks a week ago....still no notice for order ready for pick up. All good. Peace, E

I called the store to confirm inventory and talked to the store manager, who was super nice and suggested I place the order over the phone with one of his managers to get the best deal. The item shipped quick, arrived perfect, and the day after I randomly received a gift card in my email thanking me for my purchase. Immediately spent that on another item I needed. Nice job Sam Ash!
