I haven’t shopped at Sam Ash in a long time, but they had a used product I wanted. I called the store to confirm inventory and talked to the store manager, who was super nice and suggested I place the order over the phone with one of his managers to get the best deal. The item shipped quick, arrived perfect, and the day after I randomly received a gift card in my email thanking me for my purchase. Immediately spent that on another item I needed. Nice job Sam Ash!
I knew that a used clarinet at that price wouldn't be in top condition, but was surprised that it needed new pads and a thumb rest. I had expected that it would've been tuned up before being sold. I was also disappointed that the used cleaning swab was still in the case. Yuck. I have bought used from Sam Ash before and had a better experience.
