Toured this facility this weekend. I'm impressed with the weekend staff - they were able to answer my questions. I can always tell when workers are happy to be there when they smile and greet an unfamiliar face.

Would absolutely give this nursing home/ rehab center more stars if possible. Incredible staff and care all around. They took such great care of my grandfather.

This review is for their admissions team/ Neil who really helped with safely transitioning one of my loved ones from the hospital to rehab. I was skeptical about rehab at first but I felt they really took the time to understand my loved ones specific needs and were able to accommodate them. I can tell they were really trying to help my loved one get better during such a challenging time.

The team at San Bruno Skilled Nursing, I cannot stress enough, are astounding in providing quality care and quality of life for their residents. I highly recommend having my loved one stay here.

San Bruno Skilled Nursing has given what they call the "San Bruno Experience". My friend's grandmother has stayed here for about a month recuperating with their amazing rehab team. Nursing staff also show their compassion and patience while providing their bedside care. I would highly recommend having my loved one stay here for rehab. Thank you to the team at San Bruno!

My grandma stays here for 2 months after a stroke. At first I was skeptical about sending grandma here due to hearing bad news of many SNF and positive COVID cases. However my view changed the second days when the staff called and gave me reports of how my grandma was doing. Since they the staff keep constant communication to not just me but with other family members to keep us inform step by step of grandma recovery process. My mother is being discharged today from San Bruno Skilled Nursing after a 3 month stay. She received such great care and attention from all of the staff of professionals who worked with her. From her PT therapists to those who provided ADL support/assistance, to even the staff who helped with connecting phone calls and FaceTime calls. They all were amazing. Even today, the discharge process and follow up for her continued care for her return to her board and care facility is seamless. Big thank you! Georgia

San Bruno Skilled Nursing facility is by far the best. With zero COVID-19 cases, due to full compliance to the guidelines, and then some, they clean and sanitize continuously. The staff is excellent - they are respectful and kind professionals who skillfully care for the patients with compassion. Our 80-year old dear friend (Gene C.) just spent one month there, after a major back surgery. His recovery was tough, and took extensive physical therapy, which was outstanding.
