(Verified Renter) I would very much like to recommend living here (and have previously) based on my current experiences however going forward with the drastic increase in rents I cannot say that I would. The property is great but I feel like the new rates are too high based on the area and a few other factors.

It's over $100 when everything is turned off. In the winter, I never turn the heat on since my air handler will run constantly just to try to get it up to 70. In the summer, it's $350 just to keep it at 80. Multiple complaints and inspections and being told everything is ok. My neighbor has the same problem.
