The breezeways (sidewalks)... (Verified Renter) The breezeways (sidewalks) leading into the apartment off of the main sidewalks that are next to the parking space - they have never been cleaned, the sidewalks in front of our doors, valet trash containers are filthy. There is spilled food and drinks that have been accumulating for what looks like since the place was built. I wouldn't want to walk on them with my bare feet, never swept either, lots of trash and dead leaves left.

There are still... (Verified Renter) There are still a lot of great things about this community. It's why I stayed for 9 years and would be happy to renew when the time comes. Service over the years has been excellent. The AC unit being so old...it was just a matter of time before it failed. I think preventive maintenance would be good though, so that issues like this don't occur for others.
