I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the floor plan with lots of windows. However, the windows are all original single pane models and not very energy efficient or sound insulating. Expect high utility costs in the summer. Appliances are old and outdated. Flooring is adequate but not comparable to other properties in the area. Vertical window blinds are old and faded, mismatched colors. There was a hole in the bathtub when I moved in. Never repaired, I put a patch over the area.

Lauren went above and beyond to make me feel important and that I was welcome here at San Carlos. It really was the decision maker for me after my first visit. The property is very clean and the residents have all been so friendly. I'm much happier at this community and have loved it so far.
