Era did a really great job with my intake form and reviewing my preferences with Dr. Bill Metaxas. I really appreciated that they thought to ask and consider my communication style preferences for diagnosis and solutions.

Upon my first visit I was greeted by two smiling receptionists that checked me in and took my insurance information. Took no more than a couple of minutes. Then was greeted by Shareen, a medical assistant who was also just as upbeat as the receptionists. Shareen gave me the history of the practice then brought me into an examination room to find a gift for me on the examination chair. Efficient, friendly, nice staff and office. Dr Metaxis is thourough , skilled in diagnosis and treatment. I had a problem for 18 months undiagnosed by three other podiatrists, and after he diagnosed it, did an in office surgery which took care of it. Very pleased.
