Professional & friendly staff. Call back immediately if I left a msg. They really care about their clients & follow up. I needed an approval from my Ins Co & they went out of their way to make it happen. I'm a new patient & extremely impressed with how this office has treated me so far. Hopefully the needed Bone Stem will do the job & a future surgery for a bone graft won't be necessary. Thanks Dr Bulkin & your efficient staff!
