Everyone is courteous and friendly. Heidi and Dr. are wonderful . My asthma symptoms are gone.I no longer need regular meds . Keep the inhalers..just incase. Respiratory allergies are under control with very much reduced meds. This after years of misery with other doctors,
My 5 year old has struggled with a compromised immune system and has built up a resistance to meds, and has allergies that have drastically increased. After seeing numerous Doctors in San Diego with no answers, I kept fighting to find them.. and we we came to see Dr Jain and team at San Tan Allergy & Asthma. Dr. Shimamoto was amazing. Personable, friendly and funny he made the entire experience extremely pleasant. The entire staff was great.
Will have to say the staff as well as Dr Shimamoto were outstanding! In most cases when you make an appointment to see a Dr in general they're too busy to spend any time with a patient but that's not the case with Dr Shimamoto - came in, took time to listen and made it a point to truly understand the reasoning for my visit! I highly recommend this office for anyone with an allergy need!
Best Allergy Physician ever.
Dr Shimamoto is so great with my daughter! He truly cares and is willing to sit and discuss/explain everything. The nurses are also awesome!
Being new to Asthma for my daughter, I was unsure what to expect. Dr. Jain and staff were amazing! Very kind and informative. Best doctors office I've been to!
