My daughter loves going here! We have solved many of her allergy issues helping both her asthma and eczema. It has been months since I have had to take her to the ER with a severe asthma attack.
We love Dr. Jain! My son has allergies that we've been dealing with since he was a baby. He was the first Dr. to take the time to explain to me what was happening and how to REALLY help him. He's patient and kind. Our family is so grateful for him.
Got to reception early and was called back to office before I had finished filling out paperwork. Everyone was cheerful, courteous and knowledgeable.
I have a couple of other allergist who were complete duds. Dr Neal Jain was recommended to me while I was the hospital last recovering from a stroke. Keara, my now Dr Daughter, checked out his profile and suggested I switch to using him for my continued problems with sinus infections. Dr. Shimamoto is my doctor. He is awesome. I love him. I have and will always refer him to friends and family. Before I met him I found myself desperately trying to find out what was wrong with me. I was in so much pain every where including lung and sinuses issues I had to quit working . Seen rather quickly, had different testing than previously, friendly people, Dr. Jain explained he didn't think I have asthma, and should see some other specialists. They gave me a contact for that.
