The repairman was very knowledgable and answered all my questions.
I like that the same tech comes out very time and the same people answer the phone. They are family owned and operated. They are wonderful and we will continue to use them.
They did a great job for a reasonable price. Although tankless water heaters are not the norm, the people who worked on our job were very knowledgable about them. They were able to answer all our questions, and did a fast and professional job with the installation.
Sanders & Johnson Inc is a very accommodating and well qualified heating and air conditioning company. I've used their services for over 17 years and have never been disappointed in them. They come when they say they will and get the work done quickly and efficiently. I'm not sure what the charge was for this repair.
They were on time and also were very polite and neat. The furnace and air conditioner were reasonably priced.
THE AIRCONDITIONING WAS NOT COOLING, THIS COMPANY CAME OUT TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND NOR I NO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SO WE WERE PLEASED THAT THEY WERE HONEST AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM, RATHER THAN HAVING US SPEND MONEY ON A NEW UNIT WE DID NOT NEED. THE AIRCONDITIONING WORKS GREAT.

Installation was good, however, the control for the humidifier was a lower grade than expected. The biggest problem was that the installer mistakenly opened the sprinkler shut-off valve, never closed it and the outside valve froze over requiring sprinkler repair. Unsure if the sprinkler lines are also damaged - will find out in the spring. When I called the company to let them know of the problem, I was told the owner would call me to discuss - never heard back.
Heating at one of my rental properties wasn;t working. I called them and initially I was told that the earliest would be tomorrow. But I after sometime I got a call back that they had someone cancelled and they can come in an hour. they came and after spending about 45 min fixed the issue.
