Sandy was a referral from a family member who she helped buy their first home. We were looking to refinance and gave her a call. We couldn't meet in person with the pandemic but Sandy was always available by phone and email to answer any questions. She was prompt in responding and always willing to explain the process. She really went the extra mile!
