Sandy is absolutely amazing. Every question and every situation was thoughtfully reviewed and responded to. I would send questions expecting responses the next morning but always had my answers the same day or evening regardless of when I sent it. She went above and beyond to help us at every turn in out journey.

She recently took a potentially troublesome and emotional loan (refinancing during name change right when divorce was final) and made it pain-free. Great communication, and impressively responsive to my questions and requests. She was proactive, honest, and she helped me lock in a very low interest rate in the midst of changing conditions. I was introduced to Sandy through a friend that has worked with her and she did not dissapoint. Sandy did a wonderful job of taking me step by step through the entire process of getting the pre-approved, finding a home, and getting the actual mortgage.
