The women that attended me when I went in to sign in at the service desk at Santa Fe Kia she was so friendly and and very professional she said it would take an hour for an EIC update and was actually 30 minutes I was so happy with the service plus I love my Kia. Had an appointment for recall work on my sportage, they took me in right on time, which I appreciate because I am from out of town. Their waiting room is clean. Service is excellent,even got a car wash!!!

Prompt. Courteous. Very clean. And COVID precautions being used. They inform me of what is going on with each oil change and what upcoming maintenance I can plan ahead for. I feel my car is very well maintained.
