Still waiting for a call back from Service about fixing my radio and Bluetooth. Lucas has been the only helpful one and now I hear he is no longer there. I haven’t gotten a call back since oct 29th.
Was offered 6000 for my car in an email they sent since I have purchased a car there. Set an appointment drove two hours to get there with in a few minutes they told me they were offering 1000.00 for my car.What an insult. Never do business with them they are not truthful with you just interested in the $$ . Got a great offer from a dealership up the road from them and gave me what the car was worth and I didn’t even have to ask for that amount.
I have a tire and rim warranty and the technician did call to initiate the claim but did not fulfill the claim requirements from what I was told by the tire warranty company. The company requested photos of the damaged tire. I've had 2 replaced with this warranty at another dealership and yes it can be a burden to take photos to submit but for the customer you do what is needed to fulfill the warranty that I purchased when buying my Kia. My wife and I walked onto the lot fully prepared to buy a C5 Corvette that they had for sale. I’m thirty years old the car was only $14K. The car was beat to hell and Bobby gave me the run around saying nobody was qualified to buy it and didn’t want to let me drive it because it had been detailed. Bad customer experience, in that the service person didn’t not show a friendly attitude. Then he offered to call me when may car was ready and he didn’t! Worst of all, they didn’t have the part for the repair which I made an appointment for two weeks in advance. Now I have to make a new appointment and travel 50 miles out of my way to get it installed.
