It's a good place. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities are clean. We've had no problems. I do think it's a little pricey as they went up on costs last year, conveniently the same time that SS payments increased and by the same amount which was kind of disappointing. But I get it that everything costs more the last few years. I just wonder if they'll go down if there costs do. I doubt it.

As a family we are so very thankful mom is at Santa Fe Trails. The facility is beautiful, the staff is top notch, and mom is so happy here! I think the only area that might be improved on is the timely arrival of food at meal times. Mother says she has to wait a long time for the food to make it to her table at some meals.

Staff is very warm and friendly. My mom loves that they call her by her name. (She's not just a room number to staff). She is pleased with the housekeeping and very pleased with the care they take in doing her laundry. They have good communication with family. My mom walked in her room on move in day and they had a lovely basket of goodies...blankets, t shirts, etc. she was so excited about the gift basket upon entering her room for the first time. This community is very favorable. It is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones. The staff are very friendly. The community is nice and clean. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are several activities for the residents to participate in, if they choose to.

It's a great facility. Everybody is very helpful, and they're great when I have questions or concerns. They have good activities. They've just done a remodel, so it's very clean. So far everything has been going good.

So far Santa Fe Trails has been great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They really excel at taking care of everyone. There are a lot of activities offered. And the apartment is pretty standard for elderly care.
This is a great place for anyone to be!!! They take such good care of the residents and the facility itself!!! Love it there!!! And I'm from out of state and come to visit family!!! ??
In memory care, the caregivers are calm and compassionate. And they really allow as much freedom for the residents as possible, which is nice to see. I think they are a little bit understaffed, but they do the best they can with what they have. It's an older facility but well kept, and they're remodeling. It's always clean and fresh looking, and the landscaping is fine. And the cost is in line with other places in the area.
This is a good community for a loved one that needed the type of care they provide here. The staff have been good at communicating with answers to my questions and addressing any concerns I may have. The staff are good at encouraging the residents to participate in the activities. Some of the memory care activities include reading, mindfulness games, soda shop with ice cream, puzzles, and more for the residents to participate in if they choose to.
