Saraiâ??s communication style was perfect. We had reached out to another lender and they felt a little more pushy and getting us into a loan and checked in once a week, always with a new product to sell us. Sarai was very pleasant and helpful at all times, but never tried to push us a direction we didnâ??t want to go. She let us proceed at our own pace, and with all of the other moving parts of the process, it was amazing to be able to reach out when needed.
