communication during regular business hours earlier/more information re final step (wiring or cashier's check). I was already in Iowa and my bank was in Wisconsin; neither wiring or cashier's check was possible (family helped with workaround)

If I was filling this survey out for David Bell my answers would have been completely different. David misinformed us multiple times over the last year. One of the biggest areas that we were misinformed was the VA funding fee. For a year he told us our VA funding fee was 1.5, whether we put 5% down or 0% down. We found out 2 months before closing that was not accurate. We had to frantically save money we had not planned on for a 5% down so we did not have to pay a 3.3 funding fee.
