I wish the documents had been delivered on Wednesday always so that the signing could be done on a Thursday. That way it could be recorded on a Friday!!! I felt like signing three continuations was a lot. I felt disappointed each time. Otherwise, experience was great!!! Both Caitlin and Christina were very easy to work with!!!

Length of time, request for personal records too many times, too many people involved in process, was hoping by going to VanDyk I was getting a service that I would not have to be so involved in, wanted a Rocket Mortage experience, I feel I got something less. My first experience with VanDyk Mortage, seemed to be a somewhat better experience. I wii say Caitlin and her team are very professional and knowledgeable of the processes. Five Stars to the team, maybe three and a half for the process
