This transaction was a little bit difficult and it looked like it may fall apart after the buyer had opted for a different lender (Builder's preferred lender) but as soon as Caitlin took it over, she had a plan. The buyers were able to purchase the home they love and even the builder's representative was impressed!

She let me know that loan limits had just changed while we were working on my deal, and offered to rework the loan even though it would have been a lot more work for her.
