My questions were answered in a timely manner and those with whom I worked with helped the process move forward as smoothly as possible.
Caitlin made the process of getting a loan super easy. She was extremely accommodating by my choice of communication (mostly text due to my loud children) and always responded no matter the hour. She worked up several different loan options so we could get what we wanted but it also worked with our budget. She was the very best to work with in a somewhat stressful process. If only the rest of the home buying process had more professionals with her superb customer service skills. Top notch!!
