This is my first experience getting a mortgage so I have nothing to compare the experience to. I feel the communication of required paperwork could have been better in order to get the correct paperwork provided the first time rather than needing to dig up edits several times.

I have never had so many ridiculous Request for information to get this loan approved. Your company came back to me 10 different times with different requests. How about getting it together and get a packet together with all the information you need at one time instead of 10 different times. I have gotten several mortgages in my life for different properties that I have purchased and I have never had To deal with a process this bad in my life. Sincerely Mike pote

We were first told we only needed 10% down because we had an excellent credit score. But then it was 20% and we ended up at 30%. We should have been told that upfront. Maybe this is a Florida thing but the amount of paper and number of signatures was overwhelming. We had to provide a lot of documentation that didn't seem necessary. Even our lawyer made the same comment.
