**** ******* at Schneider Roofing provided excellent and prompt customer service when replacing a roof at our business in St. Peters, Missouri. They were attentive, clean and finished the roof FAST. Would recommend them to others for their roofing needs.
I called Schneider Roofing and Remodeling for an emergency roof repair and John K. was able to stop by the next day. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and gave options for solutions. He provided the estimate and offered to repair the roof at that time. Very friendly and accommodating staff. A definite recommend!
I called Schneider Roofing and Remodeling and they were able to meet with me within 2 days of my calling. Not only did they meet with me, but Dave K. thoroughly explained the problems with my gutters and was able to fix the multiple problems within 1.5 hours that same day. They were the second quote I got and they were far more reasonable than the first. I am more than pleased.
A very responsive company that helped us with our insurance claims following a hail storm. Did excellent work.
John came to the house and went over everything, provided options, showed us samples for our ARC review, answered questions, followed up and put us at ease in proceeding. Job was a little stressful due to inclement weather, but the team prevailed. Very few issues for such a large job, took about 4-days. We would recommend this company for your roofing needs.
Schneider roofing did an amazing job on our new roof & siding, they were fairly fast as well considering all the rain we had during the month. Overall a very positive experience, I will not hesitate to recommend them to people we know who need this kind of work done.
We had a minor issue with storm damage on a few slats of our vinyl siding. I contacted Schneider, got a note back the same day...a call the next day, and the repair was completed that same day. As I said, this was a small repair, but John was very professional, efficient and honest and we were glad to have it completed so quickly. We will certainly consider them in the future.
