Charlie was awesome and he and his crew delivered / completed everything they said they would. Currently the roof is just over a month old, but it looks great and I don’t expect to have any issues with it. Top notch customer service.
I didn’t need a roof placement but I had some vinyl siding come loose from the house. The person, who happened to be the owner, was very knowledgeable & friendly & sent my estimate in a timely fashion. Signed the proposal via e signature no less & he came back within a few days to make the repairs. Whenever I do come to the point of needing roof repair or replacement I intend to call them again.

Project started off great and went down hill from there until Charlie got involved. Salesman made promises he couldn't keep. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians! At the end of the day they did a pretty good job and looks great. Thank you Charlie for getting involved before it became a nightmare for everyone!
Had Schneider put a new roof in 2015. They did a good job with the new roof. Noticed a problem in 2018 with a dip in the roof. They sent out repair crew quickly and they tried to fix the problem but it was an ugly repair. Kind of glue blob job They came out a second time and so far it looks good. They have been very friendly and so far I've been happy with the roof.

Schneider Roofing is definitely a company I will call again. David Koeller came out when he promised. He was very detailed and took his time with our roof. We had a leak in a bedroom and had no idea where it was coming from. He took a look inside and tried to find the path. While inside, he was super sweet with my kids. He did many different things to try and help with our leak.
