Verified Renter Scholars Corners Apartments is a great starter for those who are finding their first place, as it's reasonable price and offers basic amenities to live on, especially those who have found their first jobs. If you commute to downtown, it's a great location cause of the Metra train. I can see myself staying here a long time, and even moving to a one-bedroom once I get stable with my new position.
Verified Renter Location, location, Location. Shopping ,restaurants in walking distance, Parks and Lakefront walking distance. Property Staff professional, kind and concerned.
Verified Renter Overall, Scholars Corner has been a clean and stable environment. The staff and property manager are very attentive. Only issue would be the elevators since they're a bit older. Sometimes they malfunction but they do get fixed promptly within 2-24 hours after bringing it up to management.

Verified Renter Scholars Corner is decent living for the price paid; however, conditions are minimal and I would not be living here were I not a student and had the means to relocate elsewhere.

Verified Renter I've enjoyed living at Scholars Corner so far! Staff is friendly and prompt with requests. Building is also clean and well kept. Only issue so far have been the elevators at times get stuck or stop working completely. Although maintenance eventually fixes them, it is a huge inconvenience at times. I think they should be replaced soon.
