Bird's Eye View My apartment is perfectly unique. From the moment I walked in, my eyes were glued to the view. An ideal picture of the city skyline, even more remarkable when the sun was setting. When I pulled my eyes away from the window I looked around the rest of the place only to find every corner filled with character. Right then it felt like home. Great apartment Have lived in the building for over a year now and have really enjoyed the location within Hyde Park. I can access the lake front path for riding/running every morning and am two blocks away from the commercial centers on 53rd and 57th. The office and maintenance staff are extremely nice and have helped me even the smallest of requests. I'm renting a 1 bedroom unit within the building and appreciate the reasonable cost for living in the Hyde Park.
Verified Renter This place is in need of better management. They last manager never communicated with me and was very unprofessional. Communication among tenant and maintenance also needs to be improved along with the common area in the building.

Sub-standard Apartment Have had a most difficult time in this apartment. No heat in the bathroom, which has still not been addressed. Windows outdated which means a drafty house. This winter was especially difficult. As you can imagine my heating bills are astronomical. As a senior, it hasn't been a pleasant stay. Rent is raised annually.
