Great apartment Have lived in the building for over a year now and have really enjoyed the location within Hyde Park. I can access the lake front path for riding/running every morning and am two blocks away from the commercial centers on 53rd and 57th. The office and maintenance staff are extremely nice and have helped me even the smallest of requests. I'm renting a 1 bedroom unit within the building and appreciate the reasonable cost for living in the Hyde Park.
