I have had five vehicles with Schumacher and two trucks with GMC. However, when it comes to servicing my truck, I have only dealt with Robert "Bob" Jenkins. For years, Bob has delivered quality service. He's a pleasure to work with and in a world where nobody seems to care about the customer. Bob sure does!

The sales consultant, Juan Morales, was amazing. VERY knowledgeable with the different types of Sierra’s that I wanted. He took the time to make sure I was setup with everything in my new truck, and made sure that I had no questions unanswered. This is my 15th vehicle in the last ten years and I never had a salesman as down to earth and courteous as Juan! The finance manager, Craig Grunewald, was also very nice and friendly.
