This is my 2nd auto purchase from Schumacher in 2 years. Customer service was excellent and Art was a very knowledgeable salesman and gave us alot of info on different models to help us decide on a purchase. It was several days before we could pick up our car but Art communicated with us daily, this is much appreciated. Kaden in finance made things easy and no pressure. Would definitely come back.

It is always easy to bring my car in to service, and they are responsive when I arrive. I had already expected that I would need a new tire and most likely would need to wait a few days since this has happened before. However, Daniel was in communication with me the entire time which was very different than my previous experience. I came into Schumacher pre-owned looking for a Dodge Challenger, they received one the day before.
