During a very bad time in my life when nothing was going right, Carmelo was there to pull me from the fire. Constant communication and ended everything with a bear hug. I would recommend this dealership, especially Art, to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. There was no pressure and Art patiently showed me the available vehicles to match my interest and price range. Also, the woman who finalized the paperwork was pleasant and efficient as well. Artsiom (Art) Mushnitski was polite, professional, and helpful. He answered the phone on a cold call I made to the dealership, set up the appointment and met me upon arrival, was patient through my decision-making process, and helped with the deal I wanted. After the sale, he followed up and honored all the commitments he made for little things that needed to be addressed on the car.
