My Salesman, Fred Miller, was terrific. He did not pressure, provided great customer service, and a nice guy! I really appreciated that he was very patient with me, since I did not purchase on my first visit, but at about the fifth visit, after researching cars at other dealers. Exceptional service from Alex and the team! I’m very please with the entire experience. The only intention was to drive a Subaru. Alex was in the showroom at the right time! Just completed swapping out a leased ’21 Crosstrek for a 2024 model. As usual, Schumacher Delray made it easy. Howard Borgen made us an initial offer we felt was fair. He led us through the various complexities of signing up and connecting all the services and bells and whistles that come with a new car, and the finance manager helped us complete the paperwork in record time (1/2 hour!).
