Jonald Fils walked us through the process of the purchase using the Costco connection. He was very personable and made sure we understood every step of the process. We completed the purchase and trade-in in record time and drove away with our new (used) Subaru. Excellent experience!

Leasing our Subaru Crosstrek was a very easy experience. Our salesperson Joe Seplow was easy to work with and applied no pressure to get things done. Joe worked with us and he got it done. If you go to the Schumacher Subaru dealership I would definitely recommend dealing with Joe Seplow. .

I dread the process of buying a new car, but found it much easier than expected, especially since I was able to do much of it online. Angelique Hernandez was great to work with. She was patient with my questions and very helpful in coordinating with the Service Department to add a trailer hitch to my new car before I picked it up. Allan Wolfson was a big help too, especially since I wasn’t sure if I wanted to add the hitch at first and he had to coordinate to get me into his schedule. I just purchased my second Subaru. I am so happy and extremely satisfied. I actually had the pleasure of dealing with two very competent sales consultants, Howard Borgen and Frederick Miller, reason being that I started with one and had to finished with the other one, when I came back the next day. Everyone at Schumacher Subaru was friendly and personable. No high pressure pushy sales pitch. You won’t be dissatisfied, it, it was a great car buying experience you won’t regret!
