Wonderful experience from the time we requested a quote until after we completed our transaction. Howard Borgen, our sales consultant, was knowledgeable, courteous, and very thorough in explaining the entire process and walking through the vehicles features, etc. A followup call was received from him 3 days after the sale just to check in and make sure I didn't have further questions. I highly recommend Howard and the Schumacher Dealership. Such a pleasant car buying experience.
