I had a great experience buying my new Crosstrek. Alex Moo was great to deal with and Richard in the Finance Office was a real gentleman and worked hard to get me exactly the deal I wanted. No high pressure tactics, no bs, no upsell. Exactly how buying a car should be.

I’m a client from Miami and I will have no problem driving up to Del Ray just because the customer service is EXCELLENT here. David hands down always helps me out with finding the best car for me and my partner. I’ve been here 3 times already and everytime the service gets even BETTER. David makes the process so easy and is very transplant with the whole process. As for closing the deal, Lazaro is SO helpful with the finalization. Alex Moo was my very kind and informative salesman. I felt comfortable in the process of choosing my new Subaru Outback. He was knowlegable, easy to speak with, patient in trying to help find the right car and package for me. He was pleasant without being pushy. Likewise Scott was helpful as well. Worked with Fred in buying my WRX. He helped me order from the factory to get exactly what I wanted. Once the car came, he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic in showing me the car, which was refreshing as most dealers don’t even bother when you order a car, assuming you already know everything. Glad I was able to work with him.
