"excellent customer service" Anne was very courteous, helpful and polite. She explained how long the diagnosis would take and how long the service would take depending on the outcome. No pressure just information. This wasn't my first trip Schumacher and they are one of the nicest dealers around. This was for a recall by the manufacturer not a regular visit.
