"Average Experience " I was desperately in need of a car because my engine from my last car over heated. I went to Schumacher (first dealership) I wasn’t planning on getting a car at the first dealership I went to. Art was standing out there when his co worker asked us if we needed help. Art took us to his office and helped us find a car that was in me and my husbands budget. I was happy because it was the first car we looked at. He was extremely patient and was willing to help. "Responsive service" Art was very timely in answering questions and completing paperwork for a remote sale to us. Even followed up after our shipper picked the car up. The car was as Art explained upon delivery.

"Very happy with my service" I was very happy with my service during the entire sales process at Schumacher. Joe Deluce was my sales person, and he was terrific. He really partners with you and helps you make the best car buying decisions. I’m thrilled with the results of my most recent purchase from the dealership. I have also worked with Arthur Drum, and he is also terrific. Mark MacIntyre was also terrific in the finance department.

"Smooth Sailing" I was fortunate to have two great customer service representatives work with me when I had to drop my 2019 Ascent off at the dealer. They were both courteous, and professional. I was taken right away and everything was done that had to be taken care of. I was able to get right home and they picked me up when the SUV was ready. It was a very pleasant experience.
