From the moment I contacted the dealership David was AMAZING. I have shopped around at various dealerships for the last two weeks and my experience with David and Schumacher was leaps and bounds above all. Transparent pricing, no gimmicks, just honesty and genuine customer service. David and Schumacher VW have definitely earned my repeat business in the future!
They provide great service. The staff is attentive and go out of their way to make you comfortable. I bought my car at this dealership and do all the service there. I would never think about going any place else.

It was a great service experience! I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and was offered a Lyft ride to my house with a return Lyft ride promised on completion, I had excellent communication with Paul Jones the service advisor who made the service experiece seamless and had my vehicle back by 11am. Kudos to them! It was great that a service appointment was not needed for my complimentary 2 year maintenance appointment,
Everything went as agreed upon previously before we arrived at the dealer. Can’t say enough about Orlando the sales associate and the dealer as a whole. This is our second car from this dealer and we have always had an excellent experience!
