It was a great service experience! I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and was offered a Lyft ride to my house with a return Lyft ride promised on completion, I had excellent communication with Paul Jones the service advisor who made the service experiece seamless and had my vehicle back by 11am. Kudos to them! It was great that a service appointment was not needed for my complimentary 2 year maintenance appointment,
