Our salesman Charlie B. is so professional and knowledgeable about VW. He knew exactly what we wanted and negotiated the perfect price. I felt no pressure whatsoever, as I've had horrible experiences at other dealers. Charlie at Schumacher made car buying a wonderful experience. We are so happy with our 2023 Tiguan! How many choices of dealerships you have, a million, but this one the best one ever I could find. I am immigrant from Ukraine. I had very hard situation with my previous car. I was hopeless to find anything that fit my family financially and physically. Nowadays on car market prices are higher than it was before. David Rodriguez was my sales contact here, except for the financing, where I dealt with AJ. David and AJ both were very professional and answered my questions honestly and, in my opinion, fairly. It is easy for a sales pro to slip, David did not. This was my first visit to the dealership and my first purchase of a VW.
