Just finished my first week as an EV owner (I bought a VW ID.4 Pro) and I wanted to take this opportunity to give five stars to my sales guy, David Rodriguez. If you're lucky enough to get him when it's your turn you'll understand why. He was friendly, low key and best of all, extremely knowledgeable about the car. Plus, he absolutely refused to throw me out of the office despite my incessant questions. So, "Thanks, David -- enjoy your stars."

David Rodriguez was my sales contact here, except for the financing, where I dealt with AJ. David and AJ both were very professional and answered my questions honestly and, in my opinion, fairly. It is easy for a sales pro to slip, David did not. This was my first visit to the dealership and my first purchase of a VW. David helped me through the process and when I purchased, I felt like I had a great car and deal. I would buy here again.

Jared was excellent- knowledgeable and unaggressive, same can be said of AJ in financing. Best experience I’ve EVER had in leasing a new vehicle.
