I still don't know who to talk to about this. The service department was prompt and efficient. The waiting area was adequately spacious and sanitary, an important feature for seniors.

Too many Jettas driving around with blown bulbs. This is an apparent issue and it should be a recall. Both my bulbs blew out within 2 years of purchasing a brand new Jetta.
