"Great Service Department" Had to return my 2019 VW Jetta for a recall notice repair. Had no problem making an appointment and when I arrive my service advisor met me outside without even having to go inside to find him. He told me it would take about 3/4 hours for the repair, but would try to expedite it since my wife and I would be waiting. "Came in without an appointment." Assistant Service Manager Jay Jersey came out and met me, listened to my needs and said he would get me in as soon as he could. He came through and my issue was resolved within an hour. I truly appreciated his attention to my need and ability to get me out of there totally satisfied.
