"Great experience " Overall great experience. Charlie Brown was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Facility was clean. I was offered coffee and water. This is my first car leasing experience and it was great.

"Efficient and Polite" I showed up, it took 15- 20 for a sales person to acknowledge me as I showed up right at open time, 8:30 am. Andre Samson asked if I was been helped, after that... speedy, courteous, honest service, from car showing, test drive, negotiation, to price agreement, to car delivery.
