"Great , fast , understand " Michael was wonderful , and got me into my new car in less than 24 hours . A 2018 Tiguan ! He worked with us on the trade in . He spent a lot of time understanding what I needed for my job as far as space and was accommodating understanding my kids needs also .

"Amazing. VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL." My car would not start on Black Friday I got it jump started and drove to VW Service Area told them what happened and I did not have an appointment - the gentleman smiled and said he would taKe care of everything. The assistant manager brought us into her office and filled out all paper work and said it will be ready in about 2 hours. My daughter and I went for lunch - received a call the car was ready. .
