"Jetta" I normally do not fill out reviews, but the customer service Ted provided me was pristine. Ted was very pleasant to work with as well as understanding when it came to sticking within my price range. Ted even took his time to show me the ins and outs of my newly purchased car, even though it was closing time. I HIGHLY recommend Ted! "Positive sxperience" I found my salesman, Scott, to be informative and helpful. He did not try to pressure me into anything, As a senior citizen on a limited budget, financial terms were very important. Scott, and the dealership was very understanding and helpful while discussing finances and I was able to favorable terms for my lease. Everyone is so nice, it seems a shame I'll only have to visit service once a year!.

"Amazing experience with Donna and other staff " It was easy setting up an appointment and all of my issues were addressed in under a few hours. Donna was thorough with her explanations throughout the time my car was in and called every hour to update me. It was so efficient and detailed that all my decisions were easy to make. "5 Star Purchase Experience" I stopped to view a used SUV that I saw online and upon arrival met Alex, who was immediately helpful! "Great stress free experience " Seth was wonderful with everything! I went in originally wanting a Jetta as I believed it would be more in my price range and left with a Passat which was even better. I don't feel like I got taken advantage of and he was awesome with negotiating a deal that fit my needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy.
