This was my very first experience with Volvo. I shopped around at other dealers and makes of cars but decided Volvo of Palm Beach was the dealership and car that would get my business. I met Elliot Bates and he went beyond what I expected of a dealer. He explained the car in detail so I would be able to see all the amazing features the car has. I could have gone to Volvo in Stuart but Elliot Bates made the sale for me.

Excellent customer service. Charles Allan went above and beyond in helping me navigate through the technology system, so patient when I asked him to go over things again and again as I am not tech savvy at all!
This dealership is the BEST Volvo dealership! !! I literally drive right pass another Volvo dealer in my town where I live, drive 1/2 hour on the highway, to go to Schumacher. Everyone there is always so kind and helpful! Christian & Alex in the service department treat me like their favorite customer. Matthew Needle in sales was so helpful and just sold me my electric car! Everyone here is the best!!! Thanks for taking such good care of me for all these years!

I was visiting family in the area and decided to spend a day car shopping in West Palm. Knowing I wanted a 3 row SUV I went to several luxury car dealerships but it was Matt Needle @ Schumacher Volvo that sold me on the Volvo.
