Only came in to check out the new XC40 to (honestly) cross it off my list) for ag future purchase since I was not enjoying the current 2019 I had. Had NO PLANS whatsoever to make a deal that day, but Matt changed my mind, showed me how much better the 2023 is and worked out a deal....off I went with that new car in a color i NEVER thought I'd consider...but I do love it. Service dept goes above and beyond every time I go in. Devin Cotler (service manager) is outstanding in that he is responsive and accommodating to my busy schedule. Highly recommend these guys.

From setting up the service appt to the actual service, the process was seamless. Communication is priority. Service advisor Erick has worked with me for several years and is consistently courteous and professional keeping me apprised throughout my time at the dealership. Kudos to all the staff.
The dealership location is nice and welcoming, the technicians are skilled, but the highlight for me is my personal Service Coordinator, Devin Cotler! He has surpassed all of my expectations for professionalism, knowledge, guidance and overall a genuinely caring person. Rare qualities today. He’s the reason I keep coming back to Volvo Schumacher. He gets 5 STARS across the board.
