Our salesman, Elliot Bates did a very thorough job working with us to fully understand the car, a S60 rechargeable sedan since it was our first Volvo and our first time leasing a car. Elliot was outstanding. The only downside was the amount of time it took between Elliot passing us off to the leasing agent and finally finishing the transaction, over 4.7 hours in total.
