"Pleasant Service Recall Experience" I took my Volvo XC 40 to the dealership regarding a service recall. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the service advisor, Eric Riviera. He immediately knew what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. The wait time was convenient and he constantly communicated with me regarding the update of the job.
