Erick had all my paperwork ready and forwarded the car to the service Dept. After a short wait, Erick informed me the car was ready and waiting in the parking lot. My car was cleaned in and out. Erick was courteous, polite and a true professional. He is definitely an asset to the dealership. Please convey my kudos to him for a job well done. Thanks
