Operations had issues due to high volume. And Scott was able to navigate my files to the finish line. There were many distractions with Operations...but Scott percervered. Don't think my files would have closed without him

Overall it was a great experience. Everyone I worked cared and worked very hard to close the loan which I appreciate very much! Two small suggestions that would have make make the experience with PRMG excellent from great would be: #1 - On the technology side - if the front page of clients portal could list the total payment (broken out in PITIA) that would be helpful #2 - On the closing side - if the VVOE could be completed prior to the day of funding it would be very helpful and less stressful.
