Overall it was a great experience. Everyone I worked cared and worked very hard to close the loan which I appreciate very much! Two small suggestions that would have make make the experience with PRMG excellent from great would be: #1 - On the technology side - if the front page of clients portal could list the total payment (broken out in PITIA) that would be helpful #2 - On the closing side - if the VVOE could be completed prior to the day of funding it would be very helpful and less stressful.
