Scott was terrific throughout the process. Helped with the web site up front and responded quickly to challenges when they came up. We had to get the U/W Manager involved, and Tracy was first class! Lastly, the Closer Bethany was right on top of things with an uncooperative escrow company. She would not let the loan expire! Really a great team effort!
